Wow, so great! I have never seen the cake made of ice before. How long can it hold at the normal temperature. I think having a cake like this is creative and daring and must be surprising for guests.
While it is a spectacular "cake" I do do foresee traditionalists having issues with it. Personally I like eating wedding cake, and licking an ice cube instead just doesn't do it for me.
So much for the tradition of saving the piece of wedding cake, unless you have a special corner in the deep freeze. Let's just hope there is never a power outage that could cause the deep freeze to thaw..
Interesting indeed! I love creative wedding ideas, but not sure about the slicing bit either though...
